- The purpose of this tender is to hire a natural or legal person to execute a training program through 4 (four) face -to -face workshops, aimed at delivering elements that allow an understanding and internalization of what conscious leadership is with tools with tools Team Building work and activities to develop and strengthen the skills that this leadership requires and manage psychosocial risks in the management teams of the Municipality of Vitacura.
