2.1 OBJECTIVE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE BIDDER OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE BELONGING TO THE HOSPITAL SAN JUAN DE DIOS has various buildings that, Due to its antiquity, they have required continuous work of improvement and normalization to ensure efficient attention. The property located in Chacabuco NO430, opened in 1935 as "Ex Posta 3", initially worked as a deurgence center and in 1975 extended its services to all kinds of cases. In 2004, the building was unoccupied, moving its healthcare officials to the current diagnostic and treatments center (CDT), mainly used such as storage space and for administrative work. During 2011, the building to enable 30 basic beds was intervened, with the aim of decongesting clinical services of closed care. Currently, due to the increase in the population and the incidence of diseases, Prioritized decongestion and improvement of critical services such as Oncology, in line with national public policies that establish the treatment of cancer as a priority.
