It is required to contract the distribution service of drinking water for human consumption through cistern trucks to the beneficiaries indicated in the Technical Bases. The purpose of this tender, therefore, is to allow access to drinking water to people in situations of inaccessibility in various communes and sectors of the province of Valdivia, Los Ríos Region. Therefore, these Bidding Rules are intended to regulate the call for Public Bidding to provide the Presidential Delegation with the “DRINKING WATER DISTRIBUTION SERVICE THROUGH TANK TRUCKS FOR COMMUNES OF THE PROVINCE OF VALDIVIA FIRST SEMESTER 2026”, the characteristics of which are indicated in the Administrative and Technical Rules of this tender. The proposing companies must submit offers for the service detailed in the Technical Bases. The Regional Presidential Delegation of Los Ríos reserves the right to award the proposal to the bidder who presents the technical and economic offer most convenient to its interests.
