The purpose of this bidding process is to contract the services of a natural or legal person specialized in the comprehensive management of certified courses, aimed at young people between 17 and 24 years old, in the process of social reintegration, considering that some of them might not have completed secondary education. The delivery of these courses is a central part of the program called "Building the Future". The service will have a duration from the date of the start of the contract that arises from this tender, until March 30, 2026, date in which the project execution agreement with the Undersecretary of Crime Prevention ends, and is designed to benefit an estimated number of between 40 to 45 young people, with the objective of achieving at least 30 young people to certify that they have completed some of these courses. In this order, The successful bidder must enroll and finance the tuition of young people referred by the Municipality of Vitacura in Technical Training Centers, OTEC, NGOs, foundations or other institutions that teach courses certified by SENCE, Certifica T or ChileValora, according to the informed offices. in the BTs; Likewise, it must provide daily mobilization for the transportation of young people to and from their homes. The successful bidder must guarantee the comprehensive execution of the activities defined in the BT.
