E1O2RT9 The Health Seremi of the Coquimbo Region has allocated financial resources with the objective of developing HIV testing initiative, under a line of complementary work to the integrated regional response that is implemented in a regular basis and is part of the National Action Plan, in order to improve the opportunity and access to the screling strategy to populations of difficult access to health establishments focusing on work in key populations for the prevention of HIV and STIs, such as: • Men who have sex with men • Trans people • people who exercise Sex work • Population deprived of freedom, populations considered priority such as: • Users of sexualized drugs • Adolescents and young people from 14 to 29 years • migrants • Original peoples • General population initiatives will last 60 days for their maximum for their execution. The proposals for action must incorporate the bioethical principles of charity, not maleficence, autonomy of people and informed consent of people subject to action.
