The Municipality of Mostazal calls for bids to replace the roof of one of the sectors of the current headquarters and respond to other problems detected in the building, such as lack of lighting, age of the electrical installations, poor state of the skies, problems with the distribution of kitchens, warehouses and bathrooms, and the replacement of the existing private sewage system, which is currently damaged and out of operation. The Contract for the works that are tendered on this occasion which will be perfected under the non-adjustable lump sum modality will be subject to these Administrative Bases, the technical background of the Tender and the responses and/or clarifications that the Municipality may issue during the Tender process, in accordance with the Regulations of the Public Procurement Law, approved by Decree NO 661, of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance, to the economic and technical offer of the successful bidder, and to Law NO 19,886 and other legal and regulatory norms applicable.
