- Products or services: Parking La presente licitación pública tiene por objeto otorgar en concesión administrativa el servicio de retiro, traslado, custodia y depósito de vehículos retirados de circulación o abandonados, conforme a lo dispuesto en la Law NO 18,290 on Traffic and in the relevant provisions of DFL NO 12006 of the Ministry of the Interior, which establishes the consolidated text of Law NO 18,695, Constitutional Organic Law of Municipalities. The concessionaire must enable and operate a facility authorized parking lot, with perimeter closure, access control, security systems, lighting and the necessary conditions for the storage, custody and eventual auction of vehicles. The service will include the removal and transfer of the vehicles in accordance with the instructions of the Carabineros de Chile or the Local Police Court, as well as its custody until the payment of rights or the corresponding judicial resolution.
