Products or services: Safety catches, Railway rolling stock manufacturing services, Lead-acid batteries Bids are requested to strictly comply with the required technical specifications. Each provider may present a single offer (The presentation of more than one will be grounds for exclusion from the process). It is mandatory to attach the following documents, the omission of which will also be grounds for exclusion from the process: Technical sheets (ideally in a single file, indicating the corresponding item), Economic proposal, PEP Form and Declaration of Links duly signed and Delivery time, expressed in bank business days. Important: In some cases and depending on the needs of the process, the delivery period delivery may have a weight greater than the economic value in the final evaluation, always protecting the interests of Metro S.A. Please note that the only valid Purchase Order is the one issued by Metro S.A. The award will be informed by the Manager of Purchases via email. For those goods or spare parts that are not manufactured or sold in the national market, quotes in foreign currencies will be accepted.
