- GENERAL OBJECTIVE • Have software to measure the quality of service of fixed and mobile networks in Chile, based on data obtained through crowdsourcing type measurement mechanisms and, optionally, by SDK on mobile devices. III. Specific objectives • Strengthen the monitoring, control and analysis of the performance of telecommunications networks, as well as the quality of user experience, contributing to a better regulation of a convergent and technologically neutral digital ecosystem • Perform close monitoring in real time on real time Networks and service quality provided by fixed and mobile services dealers collecting coverage information, availability of services, call quality, Internet access, and other fundamental services.
