• Products or services: Emergency or surgical hospital services That, the Hospital needs to have the “Service of Tumor Removal and Placement of Tumor Resection Prosthesis of the left knee for a patient of the Hospital del Salvador”, with the purpose of adequately and efficiently satisfying the healthcare work during the period 2026; That, on November 6, 2025, in session of the Hospital's Oncology Committee, given the diagnosis of a giant cell tumor confirmed by biopsy in left knee of a patient, requests to outsource surgery with the aim of implanting a tumor prosthesis. That, through Memorandum NO276, dated December 12, 2026, Patient Management Department, requests to perform outsourcing surgery for initial A.H.Q. patients, requested by the Oncology Committee of the Hospital del Salvador and the Traumatology Service; That, on February 20, 2026, the treating physician, upon diagnosis of giant cell tumor in the left knee of a patient of the Hospital, concludes that patient requires definitive fixation and management in the extrasystem;
