In accordance with the Public Procurement Law 19,886 and Decree NO 661 that approves the Regulation of Law NO19,886 of Bases on Administrative Contracts for the Supply and Provision of Services, and leaves the Decree without effect Supreme NO250, of 2004, of the Ministry of Finance, the Valdivia Local Public Education Service, calls for public bidding from natural or legal persons, companies or suppliers in the field, or temporary union of suppliers, to acquire the "TRAINING SERVICE FOR TRAINING IN LAW" 21,545: NEUROBIOLOGICAL, REGULATORY AND PEDAGOGICAL KEYS FOR THE INCLUSION OF AUTIST STUDENTS", in order to comply with current regulations and respond to the ongoing inspection processes and, above all, seeks to ensure that teaching teams and education assistants have the knowledge necessary to promote inclusive educational environments and facilitate the pedagogical processes of all students. In light of the above, the Local Service calls for this bidding process with the objective of providing the required service in accordance with the requirements explained in these Administrative Bases, Technical Bases, Technical Specifications, plans and other documentation that forms part of or complements this tender, addressed to officials belonging to Educational Establishments and Kindergartens of the communes of Valdivia...
