- These administrative bases are intended to regulate the "contracting of training courses for regional counselors of the Coquimbo Region". The Regional Council of Coquimbo in Ordinary Session No. 839, dated January 14, 2025, by agreement NO14,766 agrees to approve the Annual Training Plan 2025 for regional counselors, in accordance with the requirements of the Budget Law for Public Sector 2025, Glosa Ministry of Interior and Public Security, Regional Governments and the provisions of Law 19.175, Constitutional Organic on Governments and Regional administration. The aforementioned Plan considers addressing training towards the following areas: - Decentralization. - Use of digital platforms. - Strategies for teamwork.
