Description: The National Training and Employment Service (SENCE) requires hiring a service, for a total period of 12 months , from a queue manager software and aboved0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28totem pole with screen and shift notification monitor (hardware), for the 16 regional customer service offices located throughout the country, to improve face-to-face service in terms of service times, people's satisfaction in the shift order, quality of cared0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28, have traceability and statistics. In addition, this service must include monitoring of service times, technical support, software maintenance and integration with the SENCE care registration system. This service to be contracted is a fundamental part of the care model.defined in SENCE, since it allows managing and managing waiting lines on public service platforms, and improving waiting times through the efficient distribution of the service platform. Said service to be contracted will be carried out under the supervision of SENCE, complying withcitizen service objectives and the administrative rules established for this service.
