The Illustrious Municipality of Huara requires calling on a public proposal for the acquisition of a vehicle specially adapted so that it works as a mobile veterinary clinic, which allows veterinary services in the commune of Huara. The above considering that the illustriousMunicipality of Huara does not have this equipment, for the adequate care of the canine population, and as a service, according to Law 21.020 on responsible possession of pets and pets, the municipality has the responsibility of ensuring the well -being of animals in the commune,especially dogs and cats.
