Products or services: Security cameras “RELEASE, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICE OF TELE-SURVEILLANCE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR DEPENDENCIES OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF FLORIDA - COMUDEF”, whose objective is to guarantee the operational continuity of the telesurveillance system in the 16 kindergartens, 14 Health Centers, 27 schools and the COMUDEF Headquarters, ensuring the security of its facilities, officials and users through a comprehensive monitoring infrastructure service, image storage and management. The service must contemplate the maintenance of the park of 746 operational cameras, the replacement of those that fail, the administration of the monitoring infrastructure and the provision of NVRs, workstations, screens and specialized software for the correct operation of the system. Additionally, the service must include real-time monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with an established SLA for incident resolution. critical, image storage for at least 30 days, secure remote access for authorized personnel and an operational help desk for ticket and incident management.
