Name of the tender: Technical Production and Catering Service
Description: These special administrative bases establish the provisions, conditions and terms that will regulate the minimum requirements required for the contracting of the technical and artistic production service.a for the development of events for the celebration of Christmas within the commune of Lo Barnechea. This tender is in Chilean pesos, without readjustments or interest, of simple adjudication, under the lump sum modality; that is, the amounts offered by the bidder will be a total price, fixedor, mandatory and invariable in exchange for the provision of technical and artistic production services for the events indicated above. The contractor must consider within the costs the payment of permits, taxes, certificates, fees, licenses and any other necessary requirement.esario for the provision of the required services. The performance of the technical production services that this tender deals with will be subject to the sanitary measures, restrictions and controls that are arranged by the corresponding authority in consideration of the Coronavirus pandemic ofdeclared by the World Health Organization WHO. This tender will be regulated by the provisions of the General Administrative Bases, approved by Decree DAL NO171 of February 18, 2019, in everything that is not regulated by these bases.
