The purpose of this contract is to have the specialized professional services of an Advisor to the AITO Technical Works Inspection, who supports the work of the ITO Technical Works Inspector appointed by the Municipality of Renca, in the supervision during the execution of the project "Improvement of Football Fields Renca Historical Football Association", BIP Code 40025071-0, ID 4956-2-LR25, whose contract was signed with INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION MTV SPA, on May 22 of the current year. The purpose of advice is to technically supervise on site compliance with the works contract, verifying that the tasks are carried out in accordance with the plans, technical specifications, administrative bases and current legal regulations, ensuring the quality of the materials, compliance with the schedule of execution, the correct application of construction procedures, and respect for safety and environmental standards. The professional must permanently support the management of the ITO in the field throughout the execution period of the works contract, ensuring control rigorous physical-financial progress of the project and actively collaborating in the identification, registration, monitoring and resolution of technical, administrative or contractual observations.
