According to the aforementioned background, l. Municipality of La Estrella summons those interested, natural or legal, Chilean or foreign persons,That they have the competencies and technical tax and financial suitability, to participate in this tender presenting their technical and economic offer for the administrative and judicial external collection service, to pursue and obtain the collection of the taxes and rights that owe thisInstitution non -enrolled taxpayers, debtors for evasion in patent payment. The service will consist of the extrajudicial and judicial administrative collection of the values due for evasion in the payment of municipal patent, being obliged to do so, all of the above for the tax years2022, 2023 and 2024. The present administrative bases, technical bases, annexes, are intended to regulate the tender, through which the municipality summons bidders to acquire the services indicated according to the technical bases.
