Description:
Name of the tender: Support and improvements to the document manager
Description: It is required to contract a service that includes the maintenance of the infrastructure functionalities and improvements that supports the documentary manager and the migration of all the files that are on the Legacy DM platform. In turn, be able to incorporate new features in the documentary manager, as well as a new base platform, which considers a Upgrade of Software that allows future growth before the new digitization initiatives. In the same way it is expected to be able to have the CICD methodology for this software, enabling tools and applying good practices for that. All the above is part of the initiative of the modernization of the solutions of the institution with the aim of being able to offer citizens and entities in the context of the mining area, a greater experience with these solutions. The documentary manager will be the pioneer in this initiative, given that the corrective and evolutionary maintenance is immediately required, where the evolutionarily is no longer at a functional level, but also at the level of its technological architecture ...
