Description: 1 That, the Ministry of Health is responsible for exercising the function that corresponds to the State of guaranteeing free and equal access to promotional actionsd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28ion, protection and recovery of health and rehabilitation of the sick person; as well as coordinate, control and, when appropriate, execute such actions. For its part, the San Jose Hospital is a Network Self-Management Establishment, functionally deconcentrated, whose mission is to exerciseperform the health actions that have been entrusted to it.2 That, in compliance with its functions, the San Jose Hospital requires supplies that surgically resolve spinal fractures and their derivatives; namely3 That, these inputs are not found in the Electronic Catalog of Framework Agreements,provided in the Public Procurement system, according to the Certificate of Consultation of the Framework Agreement issued on January 2, 2024, by the Procurement Head (S) of the San Jose Hospital, in accordance with the provisions of article 14, fifth paragraph. of the Regulation of Law NO19.886.
