These Administrative Bases, hereinafter the Bases, are part of the private proposal called "Supply of laboratory supplies for the Communal Clinical Laboratory of Dr. Alejandro del River." which contain the provisions that will govern the relationships between the Corporation and the supplier(s). The products required in this tender and their characteristics must strictly comply with the technical specifications that complement these Bases. In the event of no comply with said technical specifications, the offers will be outside the Bases, and their evaluation will not proceed. The presentation of offers will imply knowledge and acceptance of these Bases, Technical Specifications and other documents of this tender, so that the The successful bidder of the proposal will be bound by the terms provided in the aforementioned documents. The costs derived from the formulation of the offer incurred by the proponent will be his cargo.
