Products or services: Gasoline The objective of these bases is to determine and define the general conditions that must be taken into account in the tender for the “SUPPLY OF NAMED FUELS, OIL AND GASOLINE OF 95 AND 93 OCT., FOR MINOR VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT CONSIDERED AS NON-ROLLING AND PETROLEUM DIESEL FUEL FOR MUNICIPAL TRUCKS AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT YEAR 2026, for the Illustrious Municipality of Caldera. This tender, and the rights and obligations of the parties are will be regulated by these administrative bases, the technical bases, the clarifications and the respective offer. Additionally, the Public Procurement Law NO19,886 and its respective Regulations will apply.
