Description:
It is required to tender the realization of the maintenance of elevators, to comply with Law 20.296 and its modifications, which establishes the regulations for the installation, maintenance and periodic inspection of elevators and other similar facilities, in order to guarantee its operationand security in the various establishments that make up the Primary Health Care Network of Coquimbo, for the period corresponding to the year 2025. It is expressly recorded that the bidders must offer all the required services. Failure to comply with this provision will empowerto the municipality to declare inadmissible to said offers. The Municipality of Coquimbo reserves the right to revoke the public tender in accordance with the Faculty established article 61 of Law No19,880; which establishes that "administrative acts may be revoked by the body thathave dictated "; Faculty that materializes in the information system www.mercadopublicconvenience or opportunity.
