• Products or services: Dental drying instruments or accessories The purpose of this tender is the acquisition of dental solutions and supplies for regular clinical use, necessary to ensure the continuity and timeliness of the care in Primary Health Care PHC. These supplies allow the performance of preventive and remedial procedures—such as caries control, infection management, pain relief, and basic pulp and endodontic treatments—with adequate quality and safety standards. Likewise, its availability contributes to avoiding the suspension of benefits, reducing the repetition of consultations and reducing unnecessary referrals, favoring efficient use of public resources, in accordance with the principles of efficiency and continuity of public service. The Municipality of Coquimbo reserves the right to revoke the public tender in accordance with the power established in article 61 of Law NO19,880; which states that “Administrative acts may be revoked by the body that issued them”; power that is materialized in the information system www.mercadopublico.cl, through the “revoke tender” application, which allows as long as it has not been awarded a tender, carry out said power through a well-founded resolution, based on reasons of merit, convenience or opportunity.
