• Products or services: Hardware staples The purpose of this bidding process is to contract a “CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF HARDWARE STORE MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES, COMMUNE OF LA LIGUA, intended to supply continuously and according to demand to the Municipality of La Ligua, allowing the efficient execution of maintenance, conservation, repair, improvement and minor works carried out by the different municipal units, especially those that carry out work under the modality of direct administration. The supply will include the provision of products such as tools, minor construction materials, electrical and hydraulic supplies, fastening elements, paints, hardware items in general and other products. associated with the nature of the contract, in accordance with the reference list contained in the Technical Bases. The Municipality will request the products through purchase orders issued through the public purchasing information system, in accordance with the actual needs of the service and up to the maximum available amount of the contract or until the end of its validity, whichever occurs first. The successful bidder must guarantee the quality, origin and compliance with the technical specifications of the products supplied, as well as the delivery times committed in your offer.
