• Products or services: Fresh bread It is required to have an “Agreement for the supply of bread with salt and without salt” which must be delivered daily on a regular and continuous basis during the validity of the agreement, at the CARAHUE Hospital, no later than 07:45 Hours of each day in optimal hygiene conditions, both for the materials used and for the people involved in these actions. The packaging used to transport these foods must be plastic containers. with lid and properly sanitized and made of washable material that allows easy and complete cleaning. The supplier must comply with all health regulations that govern the activity. If upon receipt it is found that the products do not comply with the established quality conditions, any refund will be made, and the successful bidder will be responsible for replacing the case in a timely manner, and without additional cost or setback for the Hospital, within a maximum period of 1 hour. Characteristics and weight of the bread: *Organoleptic characteristics (applies to all types of bread requested): the bread must be soft without crusts or shells of a hard consistency. *Weight of the bread: • Hallulla: 100 gr • Without salt: 50-60 gr (maximum) the bread must have some characteristic in its design to differentiate it from the hallulla (it may be a mark on the surface of the bread) • Marraqueta: 100grs *Request for daily bread: • Hallulla: 3 kg • Marraqueta: 1...
