- The faculties conferred by the D.F.L. NO1, of 2005, of the Ministry of Health, which sets consolidated, coordinated and systematized text of the D.L. N2.763 of 1979 and of the laws Nos. 18.933 and 18.469; Law N19.937 in its transitory fifteenth article, in accordance with the Organic Regulations of the Health establishments with less complexity and network self -management establishments, Decree NO38/2005; D.F.L. N1/19,653 that sets the consolidated, coordinated and systematized text of Law No. 18,575 Constitutional Organic of General Bases of State Administration; Law No19,886 of Bases on administrative contracts for supply and provision of services and its regulations, approved by Decree No. 661, of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance; D.S. NO140, of 2004, of Health, which approved the Organic Regulation of Health Services; Resolution NO36/2024, both of the Comptroller General of the Republic; Exempt resolution No. 444/96/2025, of the Metropolitan Health Service, where the Personeria de Director of the Hospital del Salvador, and; Exempt Resolution NO1347, dated April 12, 2021, which delegates powers regarding public and/or private tenders for amounts equal to or greater than 100 UTM and less than 1,000 UTM and microcompra under e-commerce modality, in the figure of the administrative deputy director of the Hospital del Salvador.
