- Products or services: Event production The Municipal Cultural Corporation of Chillán, hereinafter “THE CORPORATION”, through these rules calls for public bidding for the contracting of the “SUMMER CONCERT EVENT PRODUCTION SERVICE”. The Municipal Cultural Corporation of Chillán, in compliance with its mission to promote the creation, circulation and dissemination of arts and culture in the commune of Chillán and the Ñuble Region, requires contracting a comprehensive production service aimed at ensure the technical, logistical, operational and coordination conditions necessary for the correct execution of a summer concert of an artistic-cultural nature, which includes the hiring of national and local artists, animation, as well as the provision and operation of technical services for audio, lighting, visuals, energy, stage infrastructure, production, security and associated services, to be developed during the summer season of 2026 in the city of Chillán. The present Contracting is financed with resources from the Culturas Chillán 2025 project Code: CVC-AD-40 financed by the Regional Government of Ñuble, through a resource transfer agreement approved in RES 1427 of 01092025, and its modification approved in RES 182 of 22012026 administered by the Municipal Cultural Corporation of Chillán.
