- The Illustrious Municipality of Rancagua, hereafter also the "Municipality" or the "Municipality", according to the powers conferred by Law No. 18.695 Constitutional Organic of Municipalities, and those contained in Law No19,886 of Bases on Administrative Contracts of Supply and Finallyof services and its regulations, approved by D.S. NO611, of 2024, develops this administrative procedure of a bankruptcy nature by calling the public tender for the "Sumidero of Rain Water Sumidero Type Serviu S1 and S2 2025". Which will be developed fromaccording to these administrative and technical bases, response to the consultations I clarifies in case, together with the other background that comprises it, those that are understood to be an integral part of the contract that is signed between the municipality and the supplier awarded.
