Description: The initiative contemplates a patrimonial design, which contemplates the development of architecture, engineering, specialties and studies, through a participatory design work methodology aimed at restoring the use of the Central Market of Concepción , regional, considering commercial premises, cooks, administration, bathrooms, pedestrian circulations, external public spaces and the incorporation of underground parking lots, among others within the architectural program. The study intervention polygon corresponds to apple 235 that has the declaration of the National Monument but also the intervention polygon incorporates the width of the road between official lines corresponding to the streets that surround it Caupolicán, Maipú, Rengo and Freire and the section between official lines of Calle Caupolicán from Barros Arana Street and Freire Street.
