Description:
This public tender contemplates the hiring of the study to generate Community Action Plan for Climate Change of Laja, considering the socioeconomic, geographical, environmental and cultural context of the commune of Lajof climate change?, of the Ministry of Environment. The Community Climate Change Action Plan will contain, at least the following background: a) Characterization of vulnerability to climate change and potential impacts on the commune; b) Mitigation measures, adaptation at a communal leveland related to the means of implementation, including the identification of their sources of financing at the communal level; c) detailed description of the measures they consider, indicating terms of implementation and assignment of responsibilities, and d) monitoring, reporting andVerification of compliance with plan measures, according to the long -term climatic strategy. For this public tender the municipal service has an estimated maximum budget of $ 32,000,000.- (thirty-two million pesos), value added tax included, which mustIt is attributed to the corresponding items of the current budget.
