1.- Approve the Bases that will regulate the process to call for a Public Proposal, by the Storage, Custody, and secure destruction of Documents and Clinical Records Service of the HdS for a period of twenty-four (24) months, according to the requirements of these Bases. 2.- The Administrative and Technical Bases that are approved by this act will be understood to form an integral part of this Resolution and any modification of its text that is made before the closing of receipt of offers, must adhere to what provided in Article 40 of Decree NO661/2024, which approves the Regulations of Law No. 19,886. 3.- The text of the Rules that will regulate the bankruptcy procedure for the Storage, Custody, and secure destruction of Documents and Clinical Records Service of the HdS, which is made up of three Subtitles: I Administrative Bases, II Technical Specifications and III Annexes, which is transcribed below:
