Name of the tender: Metro Stand Storage Cluster and Switch Core
Description: The Civil Registry and Identification Service, requires the recruitment of support from the Storage Cluster C7000 Metro platform; Equipment that supports much of the virtual server platform of both the development environment, certification and production and support for the SWITCHES CORE platform, distribution switches and WLC for WiFi use. The acquisition of these supports will allow the service to have assistance 7x24x365 before any type of failure. To comply with the required response times, the company must have specialists with experience in hardware and availability 24x7x365 to meet contingencies that may be presented regardless of day or time. Once the problem is detected and analyzed by the specialists, they must take contact with the service, a scaling array must be created during the first 10 days of contract to coordinate the accesses to the Data Center and the steps to follow for the replacement of the Equipment in failure or other activity required.
