- That, the need or objective of this contract is based on the fact that medications and requested constitute a fundamental tool for the treatment of hospitalized patients and in outpatient control, so it is necessary to have the availability of the products to satisfy properly the needs of timely care in health. That, it should be noted that its acquisition is not possible through CENEBAST, for constituting a pharmaceutical preparation elaborated in a master cookbook from an individualized medical recipe, according to Decree No. 79 that establishes the Regulation applicable to the elaboration of pharmaceutical preparations in pharmacy recipes.
