The San Fernando Hospital, hereinafter called "The Hospital", which to prevent and control the risks arising from the management of special and dangerous waste generated by the exercise of its function, the management of which must be carried out as established by Supreme Decree No. 62009 of the Ministry of Health that approves regulations on waste management from R.E.A.S health care establishments and Supreme Decree No. 1482003 of the Ministry of Health that approves health regulations on the management of hazardous waste, requires contract with the special and hazardous waste management service. The Hospital, through this act and instrument, calls for public bidding through the portal www.mercadopublico.cl in accordance with the procedure regulated by Law No. 19,886, of the Ministry of Finance on contract bases. administrative provisions for the supply and provision of services and their respective regulations approved by Decree NO 6612024 of the Ministry of Finance, the "Special and hazardous waste management service of the San Fernando Hospital", in accordance with the specifications that pass to be pointed out.
