Products or services: Construction of civil works work that will be contracted at Lump Sum and that are complemented by the General Administrative Bases for Lump Sum Contracts, of the Municipality of Concepción, which are also attached. The initiative corresponds to an improvement of the public lighting system in the Barrio Brasil sector in the Army, Salas, Vicuña Mackenna and Ongolmo quadrant for its interior blocks, it does not include Manuel Rodríguez Avenue or Paicaví Avenue; for which The following works must be carried out: • Installation of new LED technology luminaires, which will replace the existing ones, which will improve illuminance levels in the sector. • Replacement of the existing aerial public lighting network, bare conductors with protected cables, which will reduce failures caused by weather conditions, wind, telephone messengers, branches or trees, among others. • Installation of public lighting control equipment, which is added to the existing ones, which will make it possible to compensate for the increase in power due to an increase in lighting, and establish smaller areas in the event of blackouts caused by lighting failure in the area.
