- Co-design and implement a course for the formulation of southern cooperation projects -sur and triangular for the Ibero-American program for strengthening South-South PifcSS cooperation and teaching it in virtual modality. In this course, up to 63 technical participants of all Ibero -American countries belonging to the PIFCSS, so that they can enhance their abilities and knowledge in the field. Design and implement a virtual course for the formulation of projects in CSS and CT. In this course, up to 63 technical participants from all Latin American countries will be convened belonging to the PIFCSS, so that they can enhance their abilities and knowledge in the field.
