Description:
That, the Hospital del Salvador needs to have an agreement supply of sodium chloride 0.9% injectable solution G-3 in case of non-dispatch of Cenabast for the Hospital del Salvador in order to adequately and efficiently satisfy the healthcare work for a period of 36 months. The hospital must implement "complementary measures", to ensure the supply of the medications intermedied by CENEBAST, before the repeated stock breaks and breaches derived from its suppliers; for hiring those equal to or greater than 1,000 UTM and less than 5,000 UTM, in accordance with article 36 of the Regulation of Law No. 19,886, in response to the fact that therapies cannot be interrupted due to the adverse effects they generate.
