In accordance with the Public Procurement Law 19,886 and Decree NO 661 that approves the Regulation of Law NO19,886 of Bases on Administrative Contracts for the Supply and Provision of Services, and leaves without effect the Supreme Decree NO250, of 2004, of the Ministry of the Treasury, the Valdivia Local Public Education Service, calls for public bidding from natural or legal persons, companies or suppliers in the sector, or temporary union of suppliers, to require the "EVENT PRODUCTION SERVICE FOR CONDUCTING AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF DIRECTORS AND DIRECTORS BELONGING TO THE LOCAL PUBLIC EDUCATION SERVICE OF VALDIVIA.", in accordance with the conditions established in these bases. administrative, technical bases and their annexes. Conference that will have the participation of directors and managers of public establishments of las communes of Valdivia, Corral, Lanco, Los Lagos, Corral, Mafil, Mariquina, Paillaco and Panguipulli. The purpose of this instance is to address the importance of the managerial role in the structure of the Local Public Education Service of Valdivia, in compliance with the provisions of article 11 of Law NO21,040. The administrative and technical Bases establish the conditions that will govern the bidding process to comply with this objective.
