Description: The Political Party Oversight and Financing Division (hereinafter; DFFPP), has a system called "Accounting Document Administration System" (hereinafter; SADC), whose main1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997function is to store the accounting documents associated with the different control matters carried out by DFFPP. The System is implemented in Visual Studio 2022, Windows server 8.0 and SQL 2019 Standard database. From the above, the Electoral Service, hereinafter SERVEL or SERVICE,Its general objective is to hire a development service to improve the current "Accounting Document Management System" in terms of: a) Completeness of accounting documents stored in the system (this storage began in November and December 2022, remainingan estimate of xx% to store) b) Indexing via metadata and c) Develop a set of improvements that will increase its effectiveness in the processes of population, migration and search for documents.
