The Aconcagua Health Service requires contracting through a 24-month supply agreement for the service of transporting officials, supplies and/or equipment for the COSAM San Esteban and COSAM Rinconada de Los Andes. 2. Purchase Request NO34, Parts Office NO633 (Intern NO763), presented by the requester of the Mental Health Department, was duly approved and authorized by the Head of the Mental Health Department, the Deputy Director of Management Assistance, the Deputy Director of Physical and Financial Resources and the Head of the Finance Department, who support the Contracting. 3. That, in compliance with current regulations on public procurement, the Electronic Catalog of the Framework Agreement was reviewed, Circular economy and it was found that the required product(s) and/or service(s) are not available in said catalogue. 4.
