These Bases Norman the process of the public proposal carried out by the Municipality of Vina del Mar, for the hiring and execution of the work called "Service, provision and installation of modular offices in neighborhoods of the commune of Vina del Mar" the I want my neighborhood of my neighborhood (PQMB) of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism (MINVU), executed by the Illustrious Municipality of Vina del Mar, aims to intervene neighborhoods and improve its urban infrastructure.
