- This document describes the expected objectives, responsibilities and results of the hiring of a consulting service, hereinafter the "service", for the development of a seasonal climate prognosis Maproom whose location will be the climate services portal. In addition, it will be needed the transfer, to python code, of a Matlab code set; as well as the creation of the SPI standardized precipitation index for its acronym in English both observed and forecast. This service is part of the ENANDES project, which has been signed by the General Directorate of DGAC Civil Aeronautics, through the Meteorological Directorate of Chile, hereinafter DMC. Advanced experience in programming and climate data management is required for this service.
