Products or services: High-end servers, Database analysis Guarantee the operational continuity, availability, stability and performance of the Informix Database platform of the Health Service, through a support service specialized 24/7 (twenty-four hours, seven days a week) that allows us to address critical incidents, carry out preventive monitoring, maintain the operation in optimal conditions and ensure a rapid response to any contingency. Guarantee the availability, stability and correct functioning of a Development environment for the Informix Database platform of the Health Service, which allows the complete life cycle of the systems to be supported in a safe and controlled manner, including development, testing, validations, tuning and deployment, all this in a 5x9 service (five days a week, 9 hours a day, during business hours). Once the 24-month lease period has ended, the hardware or server provided will become property of the Ñuble Health Service.
