- The local service will designate as a technical and administrative unit to the Subdirectorate Infrastructure and Maintenance, for the function of supervising the faithful fulfillment of the contract as stipulated in these bases, to whom it will be up to the contractor to comply with the fulfillment of all the compliance of all the Technical and administrative requirements, which allow the opportunity and quality of the contracted services. As well as, the latter will propose the application of fines according to what is stipulated in these bases.
