The purpose of the tender is to hire preventive, corrective and infrastructure improvement services of the Dr. Franco Ravera Zunino Hospital. This includes the maintenance of structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, and systems of systems ofSecurity and communications, ensuring its correct operation and complying with current regulations. In addition, the provision of spare parts, repairs and improvements, with adequate response times and guaranteeing minimal alterations in the hospital operation is contemplated. In this context, it is essential for the hospital, considering the lack of trained and qualified personnel to carry out the various maintenance of the institutional equipment, adopt theMeasures that allow us to grant our patients, allowing continuous and timely care of them, so it was estimated to entrust said work to third parties, estimating that there is a provider market that offers the services required by the hospital through the hospital through the hospitalServices contracting mechanisms, through public bidding in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 19,886.
