- The objective of hiring is to guarantee the safe and efficient functioning of otolaryngology equipment in the hospital, through preventive and corrective maintenance. This allows failures, minimizing times of inactivity, complying with regulations and optimizing resources, ensuring quality care. In this context, it is essential for the hospital, considering the lack of trained and qualified personnel to perform the various maintenance of the institutional equipment, adopt the measures that allow to grant care to our patients, allowing the Continuous and timely care of them, so it was estimated to entrust said work to third parties, estimating that there is a market for providers that offer the services required by the hospital through the mechanisms of contracting services, through public tender in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 19,886.
