Description: It is required to have the SAP support service, which allows access to the SAP portal to download ERP updates, notes and patches. In turn, this service will allow us to report errors thatcannot be resolved with the partners contracted for the continuous improvement service and are not resolved with the published notes, updates and patches. These incidents are validated by SAP, who tells us the way to follow within the ERP to resolve the existing problem.By virtue of the above, the objective includes carrying out a reorganization of the current situation and providing continuity to the maintenance and warranty service for the product licensed by SAP, which will ensure the operational continuity of the SAP ERP, accessing updates and communication withn SAP to handle incidents with the ERP, for a period of 12 months.
