Description: 1 That, the Architecture Department needs to contract through the Direct Administration of the work "EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATIONS CLOSED CENTER X LOS LAGOS REGION", the WALL PAINTING SERVICE IINTERIOR, EXTERIOR AND METAL ELEMENTS which is essential for the operation of the Closed Center.2 That, the service that is required to be contracted is not possible to execute with the human and material resources of this Department.3 That, the service what is required to hired0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28, is not available in the Electronic Catalog of the platform www.mercadopublico.cl, so this contract will be carried out electronically, based on the provisions of article 18 of Law 19.886.4 That, in in accordance with Chapter IV, Art.
