- These bidding bases will govern the public proposal convened by the CRSCO for the contracting of the service of the registration, control and monitoring of components linked to accreditation of health institutions for the management of the CRSCO, in accordance with what was indicated in the basesTechniques, for a period of 36 months. It will be understood that every supplier knows and accepts irrevocably the content of these bases, by the mere fact of submitting their offers in this purchase process. The contract that will give rise to this tender will be a service contract, understandingTherefore, for which the supplier is obliged to meet continuous or periodic benefits to the CRSCO in the time, quality and place agreed, according to the requirements of the CRSCO, with adherence to the administrative, technical bases and their annexes. The characteristics or technical specifications will be evaluatedBased on the offer that meets the requirements indicated in the bases and the suitability and technical quality of the offeror, in order to ensure that the winner is adjusted to the requirements that the CRSCO has specified for the execution of the tendered contract. They will form an integral part of thesebases its possible clarifications, rectifications, amendments, forms and their annexes; all duly published in the Public Market portal.
